Whenever possible I favor natural solutions around our home, unfortunately some are very weak so I am always excited to share what truly works! The first time I tried this mixture I was SHOCKED at how quickly the weeds shriveled up.
DIRECTIONS:
1 gallon white vinegar (can be diluted with water if you don’t have enough)
1 cup of salt
1 tablespoon liquid dish soap
Mix together well in a spray bottle. Spray liberally on weeds. On sunny days the weeds will begin to brown within hours. Repeat spraying may be needed for some areas.
–>The salt and vinegar dry up the plant while the soap breaks the surface tension so the solution stays on the leaves rather than just being absorbed.
Thanks for stopping by!
